My kit has been held in customs

Unfortunately, sometimes kits may be held at customs or returned to the sender if not received. If this is the case, please contact our kit support team with the service request booking form below and attach the relevant documentation received. We will endeavour to investigate this and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
